ClickUp consulting & implementation

ClickUp, built around how your projects really run.

We design ClickUp workspaces that launch projects from a won deal, hand work between departments on their own, and keep hours, files and billing in step with the rest of your tools.

ClickUp connected to the tools a project business runs onClickUp sits in the middle of a web form, Gmail and HubSpot on the left, and OneDrive, Xero and the team on the right, with Make and ChatGPT below. In turn: a field intake form creates the project and its OneDrive folders; an accepted proposal in HubSpot creates the department tasks; an inquiry email is read by ChatGPT and becomes a task assigned to the team; tracked hours are mirrored into Xero.AUTOMATED IN · CLICKUPField intake submitted → project and folders builtProposal accepted → department tasks createdInquiry read by ChatGPT → task assigned to the teamHours tracked → time mirrored into XeroWeb formGmailOneDriveXeroTeamChatGPTILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE

About ClickUp

What ClickUp is good for.

Where ClickUp shines, and when it is usually the right choice for a team.

  1. 01One workspace instead of many toolsProjects, docs, chat, whiteboards, dashboards and AI live in one place, so work and context stay together.
  2. 02Views for every teamThe same work as a list, board, Gantt chart, table, calendar or workload view, so each team sees it the way it works.
  3. 03Repeatable projectsTemplates, custom fields and task types make it easy to start every project the same way.
  4. 04Built-in automationNative automations handle assignments, status changes and, since 2026, creating whole Lists from templates.
  5. 05Time, workload and capacityTime tracking, timesheets, workload and scheduling views, now with time off built into capacity planning.
  6. 06AI on your own workBrain² and Super Agents work on your tasks, docs and meetings, with the model chosen for each task.

A prospect in the sales list is marked won, which creates a project on the master project list with its type, category and scope. Setting the project to Active launches it through Make: a project folder is built from templates with design, development and construction task lists. One example on ClickUp

Automated project launch

  • Won deals create their project automatically, carrying over the type, scope, and team decided in sales.

  • Projects launch from templates through Make the moment they are set to Active.

  • One master list that shows every project’s current phase and hours, without opening a single project.

How we work

Discover, build, support.

Every engagement follows the same three steps, so you always know what happens next.

  1. 01

    Discover & Design

We map how your business actually runs: every process, tool, and handoff. Then we design a clear system blueprint you approve before anything is built.

  2. 02

    Build & Implement

We configure your platforms, automate workflows, and connect integrations, then test everything against the requirements we agreed.

  3. 03

    Support & Optimize

We train your team and hand over a system they can run. Ongoing support and optimization are available as custom-quoted arrangements.

The first step is a free discovery call.

FAQ

Common questions.

What teams ask us most about ClickUp.

Can you improve the ClickUp workspace we already have?

Yes. We can restructure an existing workspace, keep what works, and migrate what doesn’t. We start by mapping how your projects actually run, then design the structure around it.

Can ClickUp connect to our accounting and file storage?

Yes. We have connected ClickUp to Xero, so projects, estimates and tracked time stay in sync for invoicing, and to OneDrive, so every project gets its folder tree with standard names, linked into the right tasks.

How do projects launch automatically?

A won deal, an approved RFP or an intake form creates the project record. Changing its status to launch runs an automation that picks the right template from the project’s type and scope, then builds the lists, tasks, folders and assignments.

Will our team be able to run it after you finish?

Yes. Every build includes testing with your team, documentation and training, so the system keeps working long after we hand it over.

Still have a question? We are happy to help.
